The Hen Party

So, 3 days before my wedding, my friends decided to throw me another party! The bachelorette party or bachelorette party as some call it... as a symbolic sign of the "last pleasure" before the woman gets married! Well, I'd say, "It's the last chance to torture the bride-to-be." Ha ha ha

Lynn, my friend, loves planning and coordinating parties. He's been throwing parties as a hobby for years! So I have everything planned! With my sister and heresy too.

At first, I wasn't sure if I should go to the party, because the wedding was fast approaching! In fact, I canceled a party my friends were having for me on Friday at Le Meridien because it was too hard for me. (I was checking out food, trying on dresses, doing last minute shopping, etc. It all happened back to back!) Sorry girls! T_T

Therefore, at first, I also wanted to refuse this party and decided to stay home for a week before the wedding. After all, I had two nights out with the girls two weeks ago: a spa night and a bachelor party . Well... what can I say, I'm not one of those who stays at home for a long time! Hahaha So I decided not to cancel this party and join the girls that night! (Note: if you want to go to a bachelorette party, tell your mom and bring your sister! Mom would definitely agree! ;p)

A week before the party, Lynn and Fad kept saying things to me like "Do you want to get naked?" ', 'Prepare to go crazy' , 'I have a speed dial number I can call to make an appointment with you and more to freak me out! Ha-ha-ha At first I really thought they would do anything! Lol - I mean, I have friends who do this kind of thing to their acquaintances, so I wasn't sure if I was their victim that night! And the pre-wedding party won't ruin this friendship! hehe but my instinct told me that they were not bad friends, but very good people, so I decided to come. Also, I guess you know me pretty well and I'm not the wild/out of control type. I'm a good girl! Ha ha ha, I look more like a sleepover girl or an afternoon tea girl. Yes, because I am very sad! Ha ha ha

By the way, I'm not quite sure how I feel about "getting so bad the night before I tied you up, because your life is over after that!" path. I mean... if you or your fiancé like to do all those wild things like eat xxx cake, go to strip clubs, drink with friends or do some mischief then I hope you marry a man who goes to the club! striptease and eat xxx cake with me every birthday! I mean, a "last bachelorette party" should be a time for the bride to hang out and chill with her friends. I don't understand how you have to do all the wrong things before you get married. I mean, who said your life ended with your marriage? Either way, marriage is not the end of your life, it's the beginning! ^__^

You survived the bachelor party. It wasn't really "picky". Uh... a little, actually! But nothing particularly annoying. Yuck! It happened on Tuesday night, 3 days before my wedding. Lynn planned a fun night out with the girls at Red Box, The Gardens and it came as a complete surprise because I thought we were going to have a nice dinner or something. eh eh

We had a lot of fun that night! Lots of gossip, laughter, games and fun! Being around Kak Ned (my cousin) is always fun! Anyway, when Lin told me that they were going to do it at karaoke, I was so nervous! Hahaha I'm a lousy singer and I've never been to karaoke! I always refused to check in the last time my friends invited me, but little did I know my last night off would be a day at the Red Box! Hahaha but I haven't sung much yet. But it was still a really fun night! Thank you all !!! You guys are amazing for making my evening so wonderful!

Lynn even handed out little gifts to everyone there. It was a manicure kit in a pretty pink bottle, cute hair clips and a girly cup. Oooh... What an effort, Lynn! They are great, thank you! As the!

Oh yeah my sister ordered these sugar cookies for us too! Very cute, isn't it?!

Liana, my maid of honor, sings from the bottom of her heart! She's a karaoke lady! eh eh

And I made myself a wedding dress out of toilet paper rolls!

"It's better than an Elie Saab dress!" , I believed. eh eh

To say that I felt special that night would be an understatement! You are raw! I love everything about tonight!

They made me walk around the mall with a ball! Hahahaha so excited like she's the last single girl in this mall. ha ha ha

Oh yeah... I have more presents too! I had a lot of underwear on my wedding night , but never bothered to wear it all...until today! Ha ha ha; yes

And for my bachelorette party that night, I had lots of pretty lingerie! They are from La Senza, another gift from Lena in addition to throwing this party! - What a beautiful adverb, right?! A different panty every day! Heh.. I love it so much!

Also, Lynn got me a nice Booty Parlor gift box! - A romantic quote that I can't wait to use! Hehe... and other girls, she gave me little things from Victoria's Secret, Soap and Glory, Calvin Klein and La Senza. Everything is liquid! Body soaps, bath products, body sprays and much more.

that's all! It was the only non-sexual gift! hehe and I love it! Thank you my dear cousin for giving me these precious books and CDs! I started reading and loved it! Thank you thank you thank you!!! - I would be grateful for such things! Practical things. Ha ha ha

Q/d: For others, marriage isn't just part of xxx, okay? best friend Stop giving me thongs and garters. I don't use it every day! Ha ha ha, try giving me something like... a MacBook Air for example! I will probably love you forever because then I can take my laptop everywhere and blog every day! Ha ha ha; yes

Anyway, to all the girls who planned and attended the last party for me, thank you so much! I appreciate everything you have done for me! I hope one day we can all meet again! ;)
